# List Custom Dialing Pools

> Retrieve all custom dialing pools for your organization.

> **Enterprise Feature** - Custom dialing is only available on Enterprise plans.

Retrieve a list of all custom dialing pools that belong to your organization.

### Headers

**authorization** `string` *required*

Your API key for authentication.

### Response

**status** `string`

Can be `success` or `error`.

**data** `array`

Array of custom dialing pool objects (present only if status is `success`).

**pool object properties**

**id** `string`

Unique identifier for the pool.

**owner\_id** `string`

Organization ID that owns this pool.

**phone\_numbers** `array`

Array of phone numbers in the pool.

**encrypted\_key** `string`

UUID of associated Twilio credentials (or null if none).

**created\_at** `string`

Timestamp when the pool was created.

**errors** `array`

Array of error objects (present only if status is `error`).

**error object properties**

**error** `string`

Error code indicating the type of error.

**message** `string`

Human-readable error message.
