# Submit Cancellation Feedback

> Answer the optional Agent Phone Plan offboarding survey after you've canceled.

### Overview

Sends answers to the offboarding survey after you've [canceled the Agent Phone Plan](https://docs.bland.ai/api-v1/post/agent-phone-plan-cancel.md) without them. The questions and allowed answers are the same ones the cancel returns as `cancellation_survey`. Sending answers again replaces your earlier ones.

This works only after a cancel. An organization whose plan is still active, or that never had one, gets `409 CONFLICT`.

> Requires an organization API key that belongs to an admin or owner of the organization.

### Headers

**authorization** `string` *required*

Your organization API key.

### Body Parameters

**feedback** `object` *required*

Your answers. Every field is optional, but at least one must have an answer.

**properties**

**use\_cases** `string[]`

What the plan was mainly used for. Any of `answering_calls`, `booking_appointments`, `outbound_calls`, `texting`, `testing`, `other`.

**use\_case\_other** `string`

What else it was used for, when `use_cases` includes `other`. Up to 500 characters.

**reason** `string`

The main reason for canceling. One of `too_expensive`, `not_used_enough`, `did_not_work`, `switching_service`, `short_term`, `other`.

**reason\_detail** `string`

The service you're switching to (with `switching_service`), or the reason (with `other`). Up to 500 characters.

**stay\_suggestion** `string`

What would have made you stay. Up to 500 characters.

`true` once your answers are saved.

**errors** `null | array`

`null` on success.
