# Move Pathway

> Moves a pathway to a different folder or to the root level.

### Headers

**authorization** `string` *required*

Your API key for authentication.

### Body Parameters

**pathway\_id** `string` *required*

The ID of the pathway to move.

**folder\_id** `string`

The ID of the destination folder. If null, the pathway will be moved to the root level.

### Response

**pathway\_id** `string`

The ID of the moved pathway.

**old\_folder\_id** `string`

The ID of the original folder.

**new\_folder\_id** `string`

The ID of the new folder, or null if moved to root level.
