# Create Pathway

> Create a new conversational pathway

### Headers

**authorization** `string` *required*

Your API key for authentication.

### Body

**name** `string` *required*

The name of the conversational pathway you want to create

**description** `string`

A description of the conversational pathway you want to create

### Response

**status** `string`

Can be `success` or `error`.

**pathway\_id** `string`

A unique identifier for the pathway (present only if status is `success`).
