# Update Folder

> Updates the name of a specific folder for the authenticated user.

### Headers

**authorization** `string` *required*

Your API key for authentication.

### Path Parameters

**folder\_id** `string` *required*

The ID of the folder to update.

### Body Parameters

**name** `string` *required*

The new name for the folder.

### Response

**folder\_id** `string`

The unique identifier of the updated folder.

**name** `string`

The updated name of the folder.

**parent\_folder\_id** `string`

The ID of the parent folder, if applicable.
