# Get Agent

> Retrieve an agent and its environment pointers.

### Overview

Returns one agent with its `dev`, `staging`, and `production` environments and the version each is pinned to. Use [List Agents](https://docs.bland.ai/api-v2/get/agents.md) to find agent IDs.

### Headers

**authorization** `string` *required*

Your API key for authentication.

### Path Parameters

**agent\_id** `string` *required*

The agent's unique identifier.

### Response

**data** `object`

The agent with its environments.

**agent object**

**id** `string`

Unique identifier for the agent.

**org\_id** `string`

The organization that owns the agent.

**name** `string`

The agent's display name.

**created\_by** `string | null`

ID of the user who created the agent, or `null` when created with an org-level key.

**created\_at** `string`

ISO 8601 timestamp of creation.

**updated\_at** `string`

ISO 8601 timestamp of the last update.

**deleted\_at** `null`

Always `null` on a live agent.

**environments** `array`

The agent's three environments. Each has `id`, `env_type` (`dev`, `staging`, or `production`), and `current_version_id` (the pinned version, or `null` if unpinned).

**errors** `null | array`

`null` on success, or a list of error objects if the request failed.
