Custom Twilio Integration

Overview

• Your own Twilio account

Step 1: Get your Twilio credentials

1. Log in to your Twilio Console.
2. Copy your Account SID (starts with “AC”, 34 characters) and Auth Token (32 characters).
3. Make sure the phone number(s) you want to use are active in that Twilio account.

Step 2: Generate an Encrypted Key in Bland

1. In the Bland Dashboard, switch the sidebar selector to All agents and open Phone numbers under Dispatch. Press Connect Twilio and enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token. See Dispatch.
2. Save theencrypted_keyimmediately as it is only shown once. If you lose it, you’ll need to generate a new one.

Step 3: Import your Twilio numbers

1. After you connect Twilio, press Import numbers on the Phone numbers page.
2. Select the number (s) you want to import and complete the import.

• account_sid - Your Twilio Account SID
• auth token- Your Twilio Auth Token

• authorization - Your Bland API key

Step 4: Use your imported number
